5 {) i- i4 {  B9 L- ^; h/ P) X) f; LWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
9 v+ I0 B( j- i5 c3 T* \        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

9 ^2 P) e, a$ k% q) V+ P- k) \$ [Other requirements:
; s1 E$ j" `" J. ^0 c; t        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
2 E4 J3 E1 T3 a* Y        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
# l4 i6 Y' B  y        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
' a: U0 ^2 o7 W5 q, D7 C0 {! Y, m        Procurement and service contract management;
2 L( H+ O8 F6 G4 I5 Q4 e! _        General building management;
  {; Z# n$ ^/ Y        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
