We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

: x0 r* v9 Z0 y$ D) d, G) `! o1 y        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
" ]) |& h* ^1 x$ H        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
: w, E1 X3 m' }% v        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
; p$ J$ s9 w. J        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
