. [0 J% b- M( V* q0 p" ?# QWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
2 x: g+ w2 p9 h6 K        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
+ d8 |3 U3 `7 B3 I        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
2 v. ^. ^5 O' R9 m2 D" U# h" @0 Z. M        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
% v7 V9 j( Q" M! ~+ q        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
" ^- ^! U# b' v; I6 Y        Procurement and service contract management;
# ~; s) `; d- I) c% U) |        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
