% m1 S; I) G2 z5 x$ SEducational requirement:  
3 n$ N  O$ e" o/ z$ I- b        University Degree, or
' o% _1 q$ i# o% B5 d& g$ w        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
3 R3 o0 W; q9 i4 g5 |/ `+ x        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

' n9 W& J# y, H) KOther requirements:
7 |1 I3 s- E' Q! @) J        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
4 c% X' r) U! N9 A7 K* V- n        Procurement and service contract management;
$ n9 A% ~' S; {/ o9 F0 z        General building management;
1 i( q/ ]. f  R        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
( t# H4 Y" F; w* D7 I7 u2 ]        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
