3 m; _% G0 d' L! U7 J  ~8 BWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.
! d( N) i2 ^; j, c, H; v
Educational requirement:  
; ~, h" r0 n2 X5 M& S0 h  K        University Degree, or
/ Q7 z  Z" V& X4 q$ T. \& Z        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

  C6 f: [3 o$ _' L7 W$ z9 T! uOther requirements:
$ I: K% a. s) V' P/ u        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
4 l' M5 D/ j4 S3 [. Q        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
$ |1 ~  e# b/ q& \8 A        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
