CHANGE FOR CHILDREN ASSOCIATION (CFCA) is an Alberta-based, charity with 33 years of experience working for sustainable, community development in Latin America and Africa and providing a comprehensive global education program in Canada. CFCA is lead by a volunteer Board of Directors and a small, flat-structured core staff which includes: International Projects Program Manager, Education/Public Engagement Program Manager and Funds Development Program Manager. • Maintain an organized filing system for office records, meeting minutes, government registrations and donor records; Process annual government and charitable registrations forms.

• Support management of online publicity and communication tools.

• Provide administrative support for public engagement events and mail outs.

• Provide logistical support for key fundraising events such as silent auctions- ?* W$ D {. ?/ M

• In conjunction with the Funds Development Program Manager, maintain donor database and ensure delivery of timely charitable receipts.; N/ C: k( s9 S4 g* L- {% }) G

• Coordinate volunteers for some fundraising events such as Casino and annual sales events.7 }9 z; l; a$ u9 h

• Assist in administrative tasks related to donor recognition and event reconciliation as required.$ a% f. [: }$ c' d+ j

Excellent communication and administrative skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong administrative and computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook or Outlook Express; Willingness to train on other relevant software; Very strong teamwork and time-management skills; commitment to social justice and sustainable community development." v+ E+ y1 U( O, X0 v# X- r
