這是 3 倍金融指數 (Russell 1000 Financial Services Index ) 日波動 ETF, 方向是反向 (Bear), 所以相對的應該就有 3 倍作多金融的 FAS.

all my recomended stocks are fairly high-risk ones.
Please proceed if you can afford any potential loss.
