* h3 x) u  O+ @5 v" j5 l: QSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
+ d' `  A1 i( q7 j$ pAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- N. h. v( S6 e; P  ?0 x% ]Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
3 Z5 v2 Y% k8 e, A/ `' Y  e$ QSell merchandise to customers
! @& [. D" w. I4 zResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
! g* m# g8 O1 z, ]Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

6 J0 _  M6 t+ d         Completion of secondary school is required
  b, p$ O: v, o( x6 A: F         1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
