It doesn't make any sense.个人认为，根据语境译有时可以译成“牛头不对马嘴”“有说跟没说一样”。

我女儿有时问我问题
我简单回答她
当她不满意我的回答，且很不耐烦时会说:"Errrrrrr...... It doesn't make any sense!"，要是情绪再强烈些，在结尾加上"at all!"

呵呵，换句话说，就是--你说了半天，对方认为你的回答一点价值也没有，一点信息也提供不上。
