& Y4 [$ M) [7 h& C• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
5 w4 F1 F9 [/ t( s% T, ~- k• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

+ T9 K' _' W7 V6 p& i9 |• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
) b9 _) \$ a# _/ D( L1 s& A• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
9 B0 c& \5 j/ S( m- d8 K• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.

• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.! U7 F1 y1 X1 ], J: x: Z' ]
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
7 }3 c W- ^' w0 v V• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
/ A% d6 m W h# P% Z3 {; z( }• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
+ K$ u" ]( c/ x2 i2 v4 P' H" J+ J• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
4 n0 ]% N7 C9 e1 r" T' i• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
; l, H7 q, g. i( z1 \1 L, K6 m& }3 m• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.

• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. 9 ]- v1 G" j# E' ?$ M2 a" ~/ \
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
! \/ t' j8 D: K9 N a& `• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
( L' a0 t& U3 N" u4 x8 l' j• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience7 {( ^( N, H- ]( l( l
• Grade 12 / GED.
0 L- i2 b* A \" v5 s1 r• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. % I0 k1 j% |2 E0 h0 i' p
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
. s: E8 r* T5 }+ ]2 q) U• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
) E& V. \7 N; T• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. & V! i( z9 ^. T" h7 t4 m
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.8 z9 M9 r- V! h: v; Y, j. Y' L' b1 r4 U
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
