• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

4 m1 N* T% X6 ~5 _$ F" V3 Y- R• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
& `( Q# A& {+ T9 w4 h• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
- c3 \ b7 H2 T" s# T9 i! V0 t• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
5 G0 X3 D. N3 P* b% q• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
* {. w- i; B/ C9 @$ K% x• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
4 J' j( d, l* `) n: P3 t• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
; `: c- r1 A- v( y• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 1 C$ N! |9 G2 Z6 s- ]
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. 2 y4 S: A: h7 w; A Q
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
2 L% G K! k5 Y• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.. S u' }5 Y( h" e$ o
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

* I7 d* x+ [6 L• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
" g$ o' F7 Q0 A; O0 d; h• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials. y/ K+ g! E& `
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
1 \3 ^( J5 f E• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
' a$ `! g4 e- O% O9 A9 \• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
. y7 ^9 y: L& P5 D. G# j( b, \( M• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner ' k, n6 I- J* B8 {- C# F3 L& ^
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). # @, u5 ^! g! c2 B! F, O, Q
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. + \0 H, H T( v$ _# f% v2 T
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
: C+ O) p: e. S1 J• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

) K* b' @# Q, y! ~6 X6 o5 ?• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
3 g e4 d1 i% X• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members." e7 g# W U; r9 r; H
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience' G9 ?4 Y9 R* K& P9 ~% K
• Grade 12 / GED. 2 U$ ~! ]" z. Y' d/ D
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. + K7 z+ J1 c# n A( u6 d
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. " W- T W' x# i0 B' ^9 G. Z: y
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
2 G) d+ D9 I3 Z8 f. ^• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. - C# s: c3 K- U4 d7 U/ V7 S% Y; `, m. {
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
I0 }8 ?, D+ ^7 {6 x• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
