• Preserves materials.

• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. # a, b# i8 y4 ~! Y8 i) S! A
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.

• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.

• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.5 {1 d( v6 t' M, a
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.( O3 d7 C2 r+ ^& b3 e
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.5 H7 I3 i. k; Y- E, o7 m9 p5 Y5 u5 W
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
! O! A6 L$ g0 y6 b% h; [$ t• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
2 j; R2 a$ d4 z7 @+ o" W0 \% ]• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
, P8 S: @' W; [5 e; ^• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).

• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
/ h1 F: Z& ~: M& |) j• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment ; I) Q% w7 m) ~* m9 R
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
, L. J& s9 N' x5 f6 p( N• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.% U2 h+ o: N* `% b, J# A
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.3 H6 p: t) V1 d( G7 `3 W" ^
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions. 2 G. R- @ C8 k$ e+ D" u+ o

• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
( M [" C& g% C' A8 q1 X• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 4 z7 i1 V- H q1 f
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
: ~6 B! v7 _" L! l4 T! V• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
) F- V8 i4 |- i• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required. y. a* `: t* K0 I2 F# b
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
