Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.+ G5 }/ ^: I' g- B. V, P9 N3 V
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
( D4 \8 K/ [$ I- c4 m• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
' F' O, \0 J, [4 x. c" v7 L. R; m/ T1 ~( V• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
; F' T! f" w% w; [• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. ) e7 J @; V1 X3 _; o' _1 U
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. . t1 g5 W6 t/ p
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. / @+ S. W G" h6 E0 B, E3 y5 r
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.. o! G8 J2 i1 t. x* q1 [
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 2 T% \% z/ Z2 \/ f- I& w1 G1 [
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. . ?! i* h% f0 ?6 ~, T( z0 Z; L3 x Q) g
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.( u/ u/ \) _5 W& t5 E
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for$ [- n3 D; z; Y e
resolution.2 Z8 s& j+ W# H3 w! z9 H. k1 a
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
1 ~- ^3 z9 X4 x) Z" y9 z" ~• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
8 a) K0 x- X6 T* p& A2 o* o• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
* W4 ~( i9 ?( k" r. {* _! n+ A: _• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.6 W/ ^- v( `# p" Y$ Y6 J
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
' Y; E( r* x2 \• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner # F$ n# X" O! p6 D
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). $ \2 P! Y0 S7 d- p* q% l
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. 8 `$ a, ~6 |# B0 s6 H( n; J
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
" F0 o$ l. X3 E• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment ' b0 K$ h1 k/ K) Q2 B
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
$ g3 N" F2 Q. ?% c; z' X• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
4 R e; r- M8 l' ^• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
! c8 F* g W- {: P+ ]& X• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

3 u$ R4 m& k- `# y; Y5 P9 |" e0 CEducation / Experience* s2 z5 R$ z7 l" O1 ]
• Grade 12 / GED.
0 m0 R4 I" n2 d5 }3 f• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
+ u+ \, a5 G$ m3 c* N. K• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 2 Y% k5 H* _2 U u# E
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. - y& X3 l* q a3 O, [% M3 J
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 0 W/ D0 b1 X* @. x0 Z0 u" N$ a
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
