We are seeking an organized self starter to support plant and field maintenance for assigned production equipment. Work shifts available are a 5-2 or 4-3 rotation (depending on the individual's preference). On-call duties are covered on a rotational basis.

• Perform routine day to day and emergency maintenance activities on electrical equipment;
& U, l4 g. W8 Q$ n• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support on equipment in a timely manner;
• Work individually or together with other skilled trades on planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs;
• Work with engineering and construction groups on the design, construction, and commissioning phases of new projects;
6 r" }" w: c  Y2 d# b9 f$ I- G• Assist in the planning, execution, and start up phases of area turnaround activities;
• Assist with the development of short and long term maintenance strategies and plans;
1 d/ Y! u# _) ^, H% y- ?• Strive to keep current on emerging technologies;
• Ensure all electrical drawings are kept up to date, reflecting changes made in the field;
• Ensure strong commitment to safety and environment on all work performed;
• Ensure industry and corporate standards are followed on all installations;
- d1 S! Y( y+ _• Participate in the Process Safety Management programs in the areas of HAZOP, Equipment Integrity, Risk Management, Operating Procedures, Management of Change, and Incident Investigation;

3 \% B' ~# X& v% h7 _Education / Experience
* j' g- u0 ^3 B2 P0 M; v6 z• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas electrical maintenance experience;
+ k" f/ g6 e8 l( ^% s% F• Journeyman Electrical Tradesperson certification;
; e4 N! n+ b$ C1 r, H• Dedicated team player;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
4 `% Q" O( o, I• Good PC knowledge.

9 X# n3 O0 D; T8 Y8 r我在国内的工厂里做了十几年的电气工程师，在大学读的是电机专业。（哈尔滨电工学院电机专业，79届）。2006年8月份考了个电工证。在多伦多的一家工厂做了一年半的设备维护工作。去年8月至今，在Edmonton西边的一家工厂做电工。
