Point Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.
5 H# M/ J: m1 F% q! s$ V2 g2 {; H& w" g. gIt is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only.

The National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).- K3 `5 H9 C* \% I
Great hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see., s! P, D2 n; e
The ferry to Pelee Island only runs from Kingsville this year, not from Leamington in case your interested in going on the winery tours and hikes there.
