H. z5 T- o6 l5 g+ {Point Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.
4 p8 n' Z0 c1 BIt is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only." l8 {" Q3 t# S5 l& j

9 y; v* G" K6 P; X+ ?The National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).; q3 x9 {. I$ V- O! B. U8 R+ D
Great hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see.
& P `% G5 Q0 WThe ferry to Pelee Island only runs from Kingsville this year, not from Leamington in case your interested in going on the winery tours and hikes there.$ x# q% a4 Z! q" [5 U

There are also two Provincial Parks within an hours drive- Wheatley Provincial Park(closest), and Rondeau (farther to the west) if you wish to camp. |
