There is no National Park in Windsor, Ont.
& [+ F2 O g! w, S5 `Point Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.
$ \; {% y/ \: N! kIt is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only. ^0 v# R6 K6 m) G6 {, D' G
' u2 }( z, X0 ], M" L0 Z" q: F
; W, a$ J, i- o* C3 `' ~- yThe National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).
7 r& R# @. Z D( `( w8 HGreat hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see.
