$ w$ X9 {; {$ y+ X9 e% ~Point Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.3 h+ s0 q4 k& v r w s
It is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only.

o# A) R$ a# G' Z! bThe National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).' w% d* A5 i" z
Great hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see. A6 T z& x2 {0 O2 d& f
The ferry to Pelee Island only runs from Kingsville this year, not from Leamington in case your interested in going on the winery tours and hikes there.# U( h% |' I, q4 \( N8 v
@* _6 u/ J* JThere are also two Provincial Parks within an hours drive- Wheatley Provincial Park(closest), and Rondeau (farther to the west) if you wish to camp. |
