There is no National Park in Windsor, Ont.
+ J) Y: u3 v9 J2 ^ x' RPoint Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.# x) @2 Q7 ?6 c m9 @
It is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only.

The National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).
* {( l& L& O6 t4 X0 S$ O6 u9 TGreat hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see.
* W% r3 n; C1 JThe ferry to Pelee Island only runs from Kingsville this year, not from Leamington in case your interested in going on the winery tours and hikes there.; K" G5 K% z& l/ n$ {* t, g
