There is no National Park in Windsor, Ont.
# _/ T# {$ I+ M1 e; q4 APoint Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.
7 y5 \- C5 @4 ~, ^8 KIt is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only.

The National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).- T* r" T- q! R& @! v8 e2 ]
Great hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see.- }3 r+ M5 p+ {+ l
The ferry to Pelee Island only runs from Kingsville this year, not from Leamington in case your interested in going on the winery tours and hikes there.% r4 t, e/ w/ ]

There are also two Provincial Parks within an hours drive- Wheatley Provincial Park(closest), and Rondeau (farther to the west) if you wish to camp. |
