$15.00/hour starting wage
Temporary to permanent position

South side of Edmonton

As a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
9 h2 N. N# \# I. }2 {2 H$ ]*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
% @6 P6 ^1 O; n* D5 ^/ y: N*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
7 S( |9 b$ c& a" O7 {1 U! r*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)
# e& ]7 s! _/ q6 A; _& E/ m

*Minimum Grade 12 or G.E.D. equivalent
1 x; u7 R" ~* {*Reliable vehicle is required
; |& s; D' z* F*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97
*Proven team player with a positive attitude
*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
*Machining and welding experience an asset
3 a& d+ u# k2 ^3 ^3 h8 s*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
