是不是没有不允许 U-turn 标志 的地方都可以 U-turn？

0 g* ~$ I8 N$ S4 i2 q9 U, QOutside urban areas U-turns are not permitted on a curve or near the crest of a hill where the driver of another vehicle cannot see your vehicle.

U-turns are not permitted in urban areas in the following situations:
+ K2 u: }4 B% t0 \On a roadway between intersections.
Where a sign prohibits making a U-turn.
/ d. A9 ]4 J( Q4 C5 B4 J% DAt an intersection controlled by a traffic-control signal (traffic lights).
