当然不是了。请看：

U-turns

. R( i+ M. R7 u: z, k; F5 y! eDo not make a U-turn unless you can do it safely and without interfering with other traffic.
* j; H" M+ A& S1 u& K4 x$ N  Q, fOutside urban areas U-turns are not permitted on a curve or near the crest of a hill where the driver of another vehicle cannot see your vehicle.

- u4 @: g6 p7 K) a# [) g" lU-turns are not permitted in urban areas in the following situations:
! v) L5 M# G# O4 l$ @3 t& P* MOn a roadway between intersections.
Where a sign prohibits making a U-turn.
At an intersection controlled by a traffic-control signal (traffic lights).
