我知道西南区有个2300英尺,two-story的好房子,才47万5。房子几乎全新的,有很多upgrad。其实比新房更加有价值:房子的装修,landscaping,fencing,车库等等都已经做好了,这等于可以省下一大笔钱。在靠近Ellersille Road北MacEwan小区。 小区环境优雅,治安良好。你带朋友去看看的话,他一定更满意的。4 x' Z4 F4 e* E t- t" \
I have an unhappy experience on making offer for a new house. The cost estimate of the sale's person is $490,000. I offered $460,000. The sale person prepared all documents of contract. After I sign all documents, he submitted to the builder (the Owner). The counter offer is $20,000 higher than original cost estimate but implied that $490,000 will be accepted. I rejected this counter offer and turn to resale market. It appears to me that resale market is good at that time. I can find a good deal with idea location for family.
