Integrated Employability Skills Training gives immigrants the essential
. B* f: S2 Z: h0 Zskills needed for success in the Alberta workplace. This 5-month funded
* v0 W5 F6 h" w5 q# V |program combines classroom-based training with work site visits and work" q# e' A6 l" Z ?& y
experience placements in high-demand semi-skilled occupations, such as
$ r. M* t! } s1 Y0 L U2 @6 twarehousing, customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, food
6 _- `3 E/ p3 e2 Cservices and others.

citizens or refugees who are eligible to work in Canada and who have:' j1 Z1 S" r8 P( ^3 v' Y8 I6 z
* English communication skills in the 4 - 6 range on CLB; F2 ]/ t! t+ y7 |. v( a: v
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills and some secondary or post-

* A genuine interest in finding permanent employment in a high-demand
