make sure to get there early and negotiate with the arbitrator before the court starts, once the court starts you will have to talk with the judge who won't bargain with you at all.

我不上庭,只是想去找个类似书记员的人,和他谈一下,如果能减少的罚金,我立刻就认罪付款. 之前在edmonton,就是这样的.

因为我是学生,那天是第1天到FM,忙着找路.

书记员 is the arbitrator, you'll see him on the court day.  that's why I asked you to arrive early and bargain with him.
