• Greet and provide assistance to incoming visitors: j6 i8 H$ g) X" [2 r
• Answer multi line telephone system& W' G! q; ?& ~& h1 J) E' G2 J; Y
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency & p$ O/ J( E ? b
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration

• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures
$ g1 g; a1 f3 T1 q1 ^# A8 I# s• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.+ \, C2 V* ~: P1 v8 K0 d
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset8 p1 {+ S" F0 K0 d4 Y J
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
