A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. This is a position that requires strong customer service skills, as it works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to provide the best possible information and assistance.. • Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail

• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency 5 `2 R- |5 {5 u, `" B, ]5 |( B. o2 T; h
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration9 J: `' f9 T y
• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers
& |+ h) ~4 B9 B. O* o• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution

• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required

Qualifications: x) k4 V. O1 A+ |3 y$ H4 h

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures6 X, ^7 Q) ] b1 k
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.& P2 c$ v) Z3 |5 l: s# S: s
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
* b X( P) D8 M• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
