A Scottish government spokesman, who declined to be named in keeping with government policy, said the baby did not die from swine flu.

Also on Monday, Croatia's health minister said an earlier report by a WHO lab reporting the country's first case was a mistake.

On Tuesday, health officials in Quebec said two more people — a man and a woman each between the ages of 30 and 50 who lived in the Montreal area — had died after contracting swine flu.+ f0 a0 V; A; m) Z6 f- n q' n
