4 Multicultural Summer Camp Program Staff

4 t* q5 u: u4 `Key Responsibilities Include:% b/ N' Q9 q X1 \5 _( l% r6 Z
Activity Planning and Daily Activity- c9 J9 ^1 m, ]- l* E. M. @3 u. n
• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.% a' t- T) @, }7 r
• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring. 0 R, n0 `6 C3 {3 R4 {6 O' d- T+ _) h
• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball, $ S9 A- S7 F S9 P9 a
• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants.3 i( ?) K; L# |8 {) Z y; c
• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.
6 h* _# I# } K• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.

# @$ ^0 c, M* A+ Y% w7 O• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting& ^( _$ \; V* Z9 d
• Experience with children/ @: E# J! H% L& B+ T4 X1 Q
• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth 3 v& ~& @; M: y$ S8 o% Q
• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.6 ~0 }+ _. E4 R9 e* m- P
• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.

• Documentation of a clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check ; B, P8 y5 K z# N4 Y
• Documentation of a clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check
