Key Responsibilities Include, Q9 m) T3 T" r+ ]# m) n; j
Activity Planning and Daily Activity0 Y V( z; ]1 L3 F) z( I; U
• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.2 J* ]* s. Y' }# u
• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring. 6 n' V4 T8 y4 v! {. V# \$ J2 r
• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball, 8 k6 ~4 f- r& q2 C |+ k
• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants.
3 X+ w( S, e# }. g( q* N• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.
& q3 Y2 R8 Y" @4 e0 [# t+ o0 o• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.

• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
0 B A6 L* h v' G• Experience with children
. p/ b& d8 ~$ t• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth ) d1 R$ Y5 \/ d
• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.
$ m; d) W- R. m0 j• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
+ `! P8 X q7 ]' r/ q• Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
