刚收到apegga 的信件，告知要考98-CS-3 management Concepts for Engineers.不知有没有同学考过这种考试，请提供以下信息。多谢。

3 f( d# r2 F% U$ |/ c- DMine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet. 3 N6 E3 p% C& g; }
