Please check Apegga Website. they have a scope of the course:

To write the test in April or OCT
5 Z, w6 S' f. D3 ?or take course at UA, UC or Asbasca University.

Mine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
