! s3 }, M/ h% K4 X& P. f  VTo write the test in April or OCT
or take course at UA, UC or Asbasca University.

Mine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
