有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。 6 z8 e+ M; n& f. q* L2 ]' R" p, h3 a `, ~
做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
