9 M/ I: n& n3 B* r7 P- {8 K; YUsually, travel agencies process refund  need to take 3 or 4 weeks or later. But remeber buy ticket with a licensed travel agency is very important ! Don;t buy tickets from a personal or NO - licensed agent.
