关于工作时间的问题

由于经济原因，公司给的工作时间达不到之前合同签订的最低工作时间35H/周，
* r3 ~8 e2 c* w) v; M9 T/ ~那在这种工作时间不足的情况下工作了一年，算不算Full time一年工作经验呢？

如果按照移民局official的规定，实际是37.5小时被认定为full time
这是移民局的官方文件中所述

and if you work less then that do not worry ,just tell them that is all your company could give to you.
