Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC) 5 ^. s: Y' B! s6 ?% t+ V2 s' q7 T* o7 o$ ~$ X
A "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.0 k; p/ c3 T0 Q: k2 B9 m
