Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
) s( |  }. m: D9 _, g To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
9 T5 r2 t% Z5 L- F% M To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
6 f6 W1 ^+ W6 u7 O To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
* G/ F  y  |+ \4 M To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
- s4 N* U( d- q( }1 _. u4 ` Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
