Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
6 w# F: B2 H3 g8 D2 g- v4 v( W To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
# f: ^" R; o7 K To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
( }! l* c6 R# j7 k To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
' m! a2 ~- U/ [  L 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
. J6 {& u, N" `: B Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
