Housing Program Worker
, L9 S' k; O% H! z9 Z, I' R# d
Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
, |6 x: h5 J5 r4 l4 z. H! L$ v- \4 l To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
4 F- D  E' b* [* J' H To help promote the program in the community.
- X3 D4 a- p- p7 Q& a To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
2 w9 Z/ {, Y" ]- O To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
) ^2 V! u5 B# b! | To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
+ p8 t/ w, ~8 P& K; v) u To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

/ g2 S" Z6 w( R  gQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
# S* |1 ^. Q, w# S; a! C; l 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
