有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.

If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

It is possible to diagnose a stroke.

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
) B0 t  ?; q7 N5 s4 I( B2 q# R8 `2 kRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

" z, Y% n0 D! d5 ^0 j9 c2 AR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
* l% N& Q1 @  pAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
( P9 D- `+ ]8 L/ ]   
3 s% ^) G9 F: C6 W% `4 w8 H6 \注意 Note：
3 i" o8 x. v8 S+ V. N# s另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
5 Z) G) ^$ ?" y8 U4 v$ d9 iOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
, j: U) h- f' z0 i* N上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
! M& a' |+ }( I* m# X1 B9 C# fAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

A cardiac surgeon says :

2 H% J$ I0 y* b1 J6 i8 M前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
