T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。+ x$ \7 L' |7 I. ]: C
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

3 s3 W' ~ V0 x4 ~" P$ w" }R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
5 H5 Q8 y# I' p* q1 @Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
) B' q+ T" W& }3 v6 j! I% T 5 f$ X6 K0 G+ v" R5 }
注意 Note：0 m$ M) p+ m* q# N; y+ d
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
. f7 q0 F( r ~" WOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.; Q: w7 b# Y! }$ G- y. v5 E/ o7 {
- k- _2 f- c+ g1 e7 C- s0 K# @上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。; M$ l- \, i4 Q; i9 e, r% W
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
