有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
   
不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。

  q2 C3 J" F& j. _+ h+ K身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
9 T0 y7 H- v+ ?# x! I7 VThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
  F1 n& P4 U5 ]8 O& RA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
( n8 Q8 z) j( E) u5 n7 g3 U   
1 d8 P& c3 w. u3 a2 W就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.

Ask the patient to smile

6 C: W, b0 W* @" e$ _& U% mT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
/ E1 I. W% I, a/ F5 ~1 ~0 Q- a7 k2 MRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
, m  o! p2 R6 r9 i! ]# H; C9 c，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
) W* q; a. _. k" CAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
) l& U+ r6 S$ @' K: r) \注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

6 w+ z( U/ R1 m) }. k. o1 D上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
4 A0 ~8 t- {1 M' A, _7 pAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
! A8 s2 o( v, D5 w" p+ r0 z   
$ D+ A" D9 W) E, q4 \心臟科醫師說，

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
