The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.8 h; l" T" u* e T- l
, B; |! \/ H! yThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

• Human Resources Management
. E" Z* f$ N, }. Z$ D% Q" O! `8 Y• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities * e% v! M# S& e2 e2 J' |
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
7 w2 N$ `. \5 I. u h/ j• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
0 q7 n- L9 b0 ~- K• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services. P* `% k* Z, y$ ^- q
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

Program Delivery9 v X7 g" f. z5 _
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
8 S2 M8 v) y. f• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
% A/ M9 e8 | b; |• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
7 E2 v1 J% P' K! n• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication6 H" A2 S: t8 s; |) m
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested" i- O/ }8 o0 c! q1 A5 X' m
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
1 D' h j \- U3 r% ^• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program3 X- Q% X) `$ ?* L
• Implement service modification, as required

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director% }: k9 Z3 h7 S; @
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review

Qualifications:
+ z) d9 R' `' K' Z' L4 ?+ T% z& J3 P- J. a. |8 M% o) F- n2 u
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
( f# T. t, l+ Z4 }2 [, @• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
1 o, b& L4 |, H Q& y• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
7 C( U; x' b- ^• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations p1 K( b) F% Y
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population
+ M: ?! M, \9 U• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, V1 k( K t4 T0 p
