The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.7 ?. N8 a' E/ i, x7 U1 i

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
' N+ t( i7 W, }$ R2 ^• Human Resources Management( S" K4 }: Z( O, z8 r, M) B3 S
• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
; ^7 y7 o# _1 z• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
& z+ h% a! c1 [• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
% {- n3 Y' z: ~# l9 N6 @• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
! O8 u6 S( K7 \8 g ?5 V2 z$ e% e9 o• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities: u* n/ |: Q! u) e

• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program 9 W+ V( K: G! _& m- i
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes& h+ l) C: j' j- K
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required: w/ z: z: J; P0 B0 `
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication/ @% B5 L" \) J, K
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested- G' {! _! _0 m( N9 g P8 r
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department; @% K, F* B7 @3 o& i- w9 x
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program+ v/ d4 d9 h n7 ]8 {
• Implement service modification, as required

: C/ L! x2 a1 l1 d0 o0 N9 e• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director

• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required* a! Q! O; r7 A. W: n
+ Y3 j$ Y& N' Y1 W+ wQualifications:- e8 _0 T5 O) ? F
1 t$ c! d0 L+ j2 }2 t( S4 X+ ]# Z• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
; v7 h. {2 |! q' Y y: E5 g/ T7 p9 C• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities4 j/ O$ `$ u' }$ p
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience9 g- ^- N' H5 A ~
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations8 d/ [+ M+ h; j( o& z" Z6 s$ q
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population% ?3 d; ^- T( q1 W
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
