emerging, mid-range to established artists with an unwavering passion for film, video

resource for production equipment and post-production facilities; hosts events and B& \# M; `* V0 b
screenings; and fosters and develops a dynamic media arts community in Northern

$ w6 Y9 @5 U* {" f- ~* _Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
1 J3 I$ F2 _) `4 w3 x$ p0 mFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as y7 S$ c9 s9 Q" x4 g, G E( K
well as the script, magazine and book library.

. y$ _5 m9 T" Q' s/ l% m4 ^- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books ! m) l0 F4 f/ p/ S
- Implement a catalogue template for future use
; ] i. q& I5 g* i- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure / J% h1 e! V% b
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable : f$ N, i1 t. ?7 M, i

- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

- Strong organizational skills 0 k3 g4 i$ T- ~9 ]% w! _( N
- Experience or training in library sciences preferred # r2 D% ]3 f0 J
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
