FAVA is currently looking for a Librarian to join the FAVA team for 10 weeks in the

FAVA serves members with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience, ranging from

and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
. B' Q. v% Y2 Y+ f5 K% Z1 ^FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
; G" S' n" T3 ~well as the script, magazine and book library. ( j7 ]5 e3 H$ w3 S+ P/ p

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library ; {6 `7 _& j5 E* M9 ?
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books c: s* {" l( ]! n: t+ e
- Implement a catalogue template for future use - F0 J o+ x- W' }
- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure / t9 @0 W' Y( i0 k. Z
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- Strong organizational skills
