FAVA is currently looking for a Librarian to join the FAVA team for 10 weeks in the + o. ?" |: l. h. H+ L0 _
summer of 2009. FAVA is a non-profit, charitable organization whose mandate is to 7 p+ T' O8 E( x1 _( a5 _( W
support the production and exhibition of film, video and media artists from Northern

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the + r, Y) g' ]$ x. x0 G# r+ J
FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as

Duties:
- B* R+ u2 m7 b& \" n# U0 \- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
. {" R/ a4 l$ G# e4 ?1 J4 W6 e- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books + `; X) R; v1 S2 h# s2 {0 L
- Implement a catalogue template for future use
% r5 J+ y6 a, c# ~9 X. X/ X- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure
0 a0 a {6 |* i, X# R) A- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- A passionate interest in film, video and media arts
