Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
9 c/ H. S' ^/ d7 V5 h1 ]2 @FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as " Q9 w9 s; M* \" \( Z( t5 a

Duties:
1 c& I6 F9 Z2 _1 w, k( l# d$ |+ s4 v- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library ( V9 E$ P, M! x. @4 g
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books
, H7 E2 K9 A7 G5 { w) K( }0 q- Implement a catalogue template for future use
5 [5 }! @7 H# S, y. ?0 z- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure
7 M a# E% }+ a' M4 v- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable $ v. K4 P+ ^. S9 o* t- i G

- Funding for this position is provided by the Summer Temporary Employment Program 5 d( h$ f5 S. g. M

- Applicants must be unemployed and attending (or have recently completed) a post-
5 A0 y* C L% Q5 }secondary training, university preferred ( {8 @, q; V* ]; R ^# ~5 e3 S% M
- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
