FAVA is currently looking for a Librarian to join the FAVA team for 10 weeks in the - K& k7 k0 `. f4 }' U

support the production and exhibition of film, video and media artists from Northern , _+ e# t" W7 {$ g) V- y

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
! N) C# n+ e) l* K0 T& oFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
G" P. Z. h6 h3 o3 Cwell as the script, magazine and book library. [2 c9 T9 t) S! I( K

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library 0 l% E+ W, @* K& Y* @
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books 0 ^& F" o. L+ I3 A0 q* X% s( |
- Implement a catalogue template for future use ! D) d$ S7 ?8 T" o
- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure
: m. c g) K/ w$ }0 A6 d- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- A passionate interest in film, video and media arts

9 B7 A$ V# }7 F2 v, P* G" t$ `- Experience or training in library sciences preferred
