and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the . g5 b" V$ I3 s U: X6 D2 G
FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
2 Q( b6 r7 A# X; v% M- Lwell as the script, magazine and book library. : h, J; e; o' l7 `' q/ q

Duties: : l5 B5 |: I) _! ]+ U0 Z% F* h$ O
- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library $ E9 N4 P L. @- S0 ?9 O4 ^
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books * Z% {+ o% i5 z5 B* x& n; W
- Implement a catalogue template for future use . U7 y5 X; R. U5 P
- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure
0 C& U$ x% i; o! J* I- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

secondary training, university preferred

- Strong organizational skills
; @9 X8 z# v/ {: O: d J- Experience or training in library sciences preferred : ?/ P# k' [: V$ Z
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal , E* s6 p) i, o2 g$ Q
