and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a . o: P8 D2 a# {* E; L1 C/ x5 Q/ o
resource for production equipment and post-production facilities; hosts events and 9 N! ?8 X( I; V8 a# C
screenings; and fosters and develops a dynamic media arts community in Northern

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the ) I* w$ f# C- M9 v
FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
. S! g7 @& i! h% M" P/ gwell as the script, magazine and book library.

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
4 e& t" C- w6 R1 t0 [* Y' j- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books ^6 J$ [: X t
- Implement a catalogue template for future use " C4 v: K1 o+ Z: I4 E3 ~
- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure 0 p1 u Q! i& R
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable . v2 _$ }3 {& Z5 d: W9 `. [

- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

- Strong organizational skills

- Interest in working for an arts organization that is governed by a Board of Directors
