FAVA is currently looking for a Librarian to join the FAVA team for 10 weeks in the : z3 u" o; M: L( {6 g, o# Z! O I
summer of 2009. FAVA is a non-profit, charitable organization whose mandate is to

FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as 2 p4 x) y2 T: \: b: ^+ g
well as the script, magazine and book library.

Duties:
1 w6 ^0 O# p6 g; ^- n; R- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library 9 L/ L5 S7 l! Q9 Y
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books
1 L. l" J5 [5 D* N+ p* O4 U- Implement a catalogue template for future use
E, I* v# R( W0 t, S& Y1 N- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure
4 S3 L; \! A( [) d- ~1 A# G3 W- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:

8 _0 J( e; F4 G4 Y) L- Strong organizational skills
4 _( `' s/ u* i- Experience or training in library sciences preferred

- Strong team player abilities
