and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a 1 {# [+ @1 T! w7 A: z

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the % |4 z. w8 r, D2 G
FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
/ i" p _: H7 ~6 B% }well as the script, magazine and book library. , e9 [ J% {, H0 H4 N, \( W

Duties: % Y* k- W9 z. k, h, R4 T
- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
# v- o0 E# I1 w) j# B7 R7 d: o) _* }- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books . G8 J& @$ Y7 X; o
- Implement a catalogue template for future use
v- t1 ]1 ?9 |9 T9 t& _) B7 F0 S- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure
* W {7 _% \2 T. J; m8 I- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable : b T6 W) Y" b1 F

- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

- A passionate interest in film, video and media arts / I5 {% \1 \( `4 Z" C
- Strong organizational skills $ t6 Z- U+ \$ h2 c6 f; c1 E e
- Experience or training in library sciences preferred
