Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
1 b( W5 t4 q* IFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
5 n% a% c6 q. A) s3 ^+ s5 iwell as the script, magazine and book library.

Duties: $ R/ Y& E9 a. B/ j! V. k
- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
! S- N, |3 a+ i- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books 7 P+ e- b, b+ F; t+ u3 o0 |5 h- s
- Implement a catalogue template for future use
& \$ b- H: n: a, T, [* |- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure 6 [/ c) t. W. ^& X7 }* J( S
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
