FAVA is currently looking for a Librarian to join the FAVA team for 10 weeks in the

emerging, mid-range to established artists with an unwavering passion for film, video ! r8 `9 v) R$ f$ }+ W
and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the % K" D( i: Z. m( z
FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
9 X+ a0 f* f R! Hwell as the script, magazine and book library.

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
( g0 F/ B/ Z. e- g3 Z0 o- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books ! O# B) T1 v, N0 ~
- Implement a catalogue template for future use 0 P1 | g& }% s- Y
- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure ! z! C' n2 S) w9 p
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

- Experience or training in library sciences preferred
