and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a
# r$ _: Q: k" _& q; }resource for production equipment and post-production facilities; hosts events and

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
$ X$ ]+ @, }& H) \/ d& zFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as 3 X$ r! {' D* M5 Z: R) e
well as the script, magazine and book library. 8 y0 C; a/ r& {- a' F; R

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library ) V0 R% T; }; B
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books
' e+ A) C; x. d) x- K- Implement a catalogue template for future use
4 R% \' |% M T- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure 7 O: r: Z8 N' \& _
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable % s' n. Z* Y X' p

- Length of position: 10 consecutive weeks

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: ! p: z; s& ?0 B$ K& j
- A passionate interest in film, video and media arts

- Experience or training in library sciences preferred

- Strong team player abilities
