and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the " P/ u4 }# s4 {6 M/ B; y; s
FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
/ w2 I6 V+ z x( z$ Q% Cwell as the script, magazine and book library.

0 t' Q5 y( N! H9 N: m- [- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
* x( A, B4 G9 n! Z8 C7 M9 m2 u* L h- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books
& L p' P5 M# j- Implement a catalogue template for future use + h. {% ~; z- Z K& C1 z* d& P/ V7 U
- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure , [1 y, Y. ^; D7 j7 P k+ j
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable ( G1 |0 y0 {* d6 o) ]' Y i6 [9 c6 j

secondary training, university preferred

- Experience or training in library sciences preferred . ^7 G1 g0 V4 ~' S; \' c) _# C2 L
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
