summer of 2009. FAVA is a non-profit, charitable organization whose mandate is to

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the & w( x# J1 x4 J
FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
8 S/ r* C3 X# Nwell as the script, magazine and book library.

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
% @( ~4 M& D- a) |8 D1 w; c- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books
, C# f7 A& \7 i. K, r& @4 _- Implement a catalogue template for future use
2 b/ }, `. a2 y8 c- i) t9 p" g- {- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong organizational skills
% [7 g) `! z/ T3 |- Experience or training in library sciences preferred

- Interest in working for an arts organization that is governed by a Board of Directors
