Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
+ W/ ]& w* b* A- D! r8 `' WFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
3 M+ c) C% U% }$ E4 U- ]$ ~7 Jwell as the script, magazine and book library. , U- p. E% h% L" v! H6 C6 R, V
7 @( v7 J" I B$ P! p9 ~Duties: $ _: Y; l7 q4 O: g4 ^& T* [2 Y; R
- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
5 p2 L. y5 l) A- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books
0 R; B' Y! S" T9 m6 c; f F( ?( i- Implement a catalogue template for future use ) C' F; u" C( ^
- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure + Y {: ?3 H9 g8 ]; u$ u
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

secondary training, university preferred

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong organizational skills ! }, w u/ B3 h, g) e8 F
- Experience or training in library sciences preferred
