support the production and exhibition of film, video and media artists from Northern

P; H( S, d3 m" H& w6 Zand media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a
/ {- h# l( B. Z- Z% Aresource for production equipment and post-production facilities; hosts events and 7 ?# q ?. k' } e( g8 w
screenings; and fosters and develops a dynamic media arts community in Northern 2 q2 n0 q" I2 |+ K

$ d% ]9 Q- v7 H9 I9 a1 pJob Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
1 x) X7 U: X0 zFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
( s/ r; p0 Z* lwell as the script, magazine and book library.

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
5 y- x. l) m9 S, M# Q- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books
/ L# @2 W" _, m$ W* v( V; R A- Implement a catalogue template for future use

secondary training, university preferred

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong organizational skills
2 Y) _# H" F: W+ `9 G- Experience or training in library sciences preferred

- Strong team player abilities
