support the production and exhibition of film, video and media artists from Northern / f- }6 R) x% t ^0 x& u
Alberta.

and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a

screenings; and fosters and develops a dynamic media arts community in Northern

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
. s- U* t' c X; V6 AFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library % y% Z% a! q: O* i8 y
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books

- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure + n0 N. d# t2 v6 R* Q( Z
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable ) ~2 b' E3 r( _! u% W, A. c

- Applicants must be unemployed and attending (or have recently completed) a post-

- A passionate interest in film, video and media arts
