FAVA is currently looking for a Librarian to join the FAVA team for 10 weeks in the

FAVA serves members with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience, ranging from

4 |' J# r7 ]) N" D. Nand media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a

FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as - z# O0 {: g' s6 `5 P, d
well as the script, magazine and book library.

- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books & a3 z9 b, m" f; _, p' y5 [
- Implement a catalogue template for future use
" G0 ?4 ?9 _+ E+ u4 [" [- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure

- Applicants must be unemployed and attending (or have recently completed) a post-9 z( k) K/ b( f- O$ m
secondary training, university preferred

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong organizational skills - `' R8 W# E% L7 `4 p0 m
- Experience or training in library sciences preferred 0 }5 D0 G- g7 Z( T
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal $ F* x: J" x9 B, o0 A) H
- Strong team player abilities
