FAVA is currently looking for a Librarian to join the FAVA team for 10 weeks in the

and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a

8 H$ d0 K# h+ Z( o+ m' zJob Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the + T, p3 E( s' z
FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
, d7 ~; L9 B0 a* ~well as the script, magazine and book library. 6 v/ s/ C7 R3 f O) d1 Q( o

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library 6 e: x$ `3 U4 C N: j t: h1 t/ V; e/ i
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books 1 I! f4 U6 L2 Z" k$ }
- Implement a catalogue template for future use
0 g/ O' W: V9 m$ x ]- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure , i6 d; t' O' z5 q5 a
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable 2 H0 ~. N& A9 s9 J+ M8 [ F

- Applicants must be unemployed and attending (or have recently completed) a post-

- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week
