emerging, mid-range to established artists with an unwavering passion for film, video

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the
2 ]8 i* Z( F) r5 WFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as
+ J5 B5 R* Q, r, ]8 q7 ? ?well as the script, magazine and book library.

Duties: ) i/ f) o5 T" `
- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
/ e7 H) Q+ J7 t, J- w4 `: W- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books
+ j, m0 i. Z2 f& _6 b7 a8 z# D6 b6 y- Implement a catalogue template for future use 2 k6 A5 q0 E, E5 I4 z
- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure
0 D' d8 r$ @7 H; I; J z- }- T0 y- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- Strong organizational skills
- ]7 X! V1 j7 R' ` o# d3 e- Experience or training in library sciences preferred
# n& ?1 n+ Z v- q8 j" @! r- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal - C9 t4 m5 ~0 T' M7 F) B0 s
- Strong team player abilities
