$ H: S& ~" w% n! t6 c0 y, WJob Description: The Film, Video & Media Arts Assistant will report to the Executive
; }' H* K) A3 J3 T6 x4 BDirector and work with the Production Coordinator and Maintenance Coordinator by
- g3 X5 _1 Z8 R _) yassisting in the day-to-day operations of the Production Department.

- Assist with research on acquisition grants * N# U9 a0 [4 u
- Assist with production and post-production gear and facilities 9 m5 N0 G2 I$ [, Q
- Assist with equipment maintenance & R6 s$ X* s+ e8 ~, J
- Assist with production logistics for programming events 2 m/ X6 _) p2 C
- Assist with communication with members and interoffice staff $ A! p" h; A: v M" U
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable " u5 m9 O- h" W' U

- Advance skills in technical aspects of film and video equipment

- Advance skills of current trends in technology i.e. HD 4 {! O9 a+ n0 F% X. c' ^6 [1 W8 z
- Strong team player abilities
