FAVA serves members with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience, ranging from

resource for production equipment and post-production facilities; hosts events and 0 U+ @0 l0 P. ?

Job Description: The Film, Video & Media Arts Assistant will report to the Executive : e9 a2 ?7 {0 K9 Y
Director and work with the Production Coordinator and Maintenance Coordinator by
- o& K! M# U% _: i- ^' Kassisting in the day-to-day operations of the Production Department.

Duties:
5 T0 p W5 ?1 @" M1 |$ k- Assist with research on acquisition grants : ~( H9 d2 `3 Y9 a4 U
- Assist with production and post-production gear and facilities
! u# f' n, n: d1 Z- Assist with equipment maintenance
% F1 s2 ^8 L1 v8 U5 N; {' v- Assist with production logistics for programming events
$ n Q( _ x* ~* e C0 ?3 L- Assist with communication with members and interoffice staff + K; r- V) P- [( [2 E1 w
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable 9 t, H. L8 x5 I/ n. A) ]$ |
- Provide vacation relief

- Applicants must be unemployed and attending (or have recently completed) a post-% j+ t% `6 n9 G7 K: t7 C8 ?

- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

- Advance organizational and research skills

- Interest in working for an arts organization that is governed by a Board of Directors
