Come to Hawrelak Park on Sunday April 26 to celebrate Earth Day. It’s a chance for you and your family to learn how to go green, take in great entertainment and win eco-friendly prizes.+ y: r! R5 d5 H0 H0 H* t

This six-hour festival features live music, the Borneo Lion Dancers, hands on activities for kids, and a display highlighting the City of Edmonton’s environment programs. Take part in our green contest and you’ll have a chance to win prizes including a backyard composter and a push lawn mower. * b1 M8 e2 h$ w& C6 t& S) A, z
' ? z8 \) V! u2 N1 n$ P8 m2 IEarth Day officially takes place on April 22. Edmonton’s Earth Day event is held on the Sunday after Earth Day.
