First, you have to hold a BSc degree in "engineering" Second, you must have at least 4 years real engineering experience which includes at least one year experience in Canada. So you need to find a real engineering job before you can apply.

& m2 `" |# r' |3 r" C$ u) n/ f' X) bYou may be requested to pass 1-9 academic tests to comfirm your ability and a Law & Ethics national exam.

These two thing ask for each other, it is a cycle, wield, isn't it? Is it possible to find an engineer job without licence? If job is first, then I will try job first. you confused P.Eng and licence. P.Eng is a kind of licence to practice engineering, without P.Eng, you still can find a job in engineering, but you cannot stamp the work and must be supervised by a person with P.Eng.
