8 E& a- i: S) D- x: R) Z! _Key Responsibilities:
, S2 X& a! {- \% ^( P) s( ? To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
, b; S, u( v/ O To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
% P+ o, n7 {' O9 G5 ? To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
2 U9 j: i2 N- k3 m  i+ g8 ~0 ?" j6 i Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
- m  n. O* S  R! I' U- } Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
9 s: Q7 _8 \% f  Y6 Z Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
