' ]4 H' ~" a1 e+ W7 LKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
& I2 ]- e3 p* @5 F0 r6 Y To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
3 |  J! v& s0 k3 A. ?; E5 A Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
) r0 n; \; s# j/ g: K Current CPR and First Aid certifications
6 L8 a0 e+ C! G1 P( @" V9 h; {( ? Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance

Hourly salary range is $8 to $10/hour
