 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program. - ~; ~% T) _1 X9 e- l- a3 c2 G
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs/ F" \, L3 J/ l% [! {
 To help promote the program in the community.
! @ s/ G) i0 B9 b6 y. Z+ I To provide some evening and weekend program supports.4 t0 a7 G4 L) W, `
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.% |7 P$ \2 w* d& }1 S9 c0 ^! X8 M
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
! p p. d. C! ~8 H8 M+ X' g To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.# ^+ n# `; t8 v6 f& g, c3 X! t
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.0 ^1 S1 \8 C$ Z

Qualifications: (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)) _: O( E, K; w7 J1 N
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
6 M3 w, F* }; I7 ` Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.2 l2 U. U0 x6 ], m: i
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
0 W- D% a0 |0 ?1 K6 g* ^& c Current CPR and First Aid certifications# e9 O% Q6 S) `/ Q; d
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance2 F! h* G5 d$ V! V! F
