Time        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
: v4 a5 D( ?1 v4 i/ K# M3 n+ WPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
+ Q$ i" z  c& t* n- V+ F* v       
Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
; H0 P5 c8 k7 w% b) Z* L$ U4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
! v0 ~* V0 W" k1 w$ a9 q" _+ Y4 m6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
