Time        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
) H/ n3 E% Y- x0 `8 ZPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

  m! J/ n& k7 r, ~& F- {1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
1 D6 b0 O, C. B, T$ S" \# {* H3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
  |" l* R& c) v4 K  d: R) J4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

* s9 I! V; _5 ?& y3 }We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
