Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

Date        May 14, 2005 (Saturday)
) ]/ q0 q; `& }" m  q0 y6 o1 MTime        9:30am – 11:30am
- }) r2 k/ d5 XPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
; ~- ~- v) f2 m: z- RPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
; h6 J# z$ u9 W& R, H       
Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
) u) f5 u" }* L, v2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
0 o8 ]* m& _6 ~$ T" v5 D- ]5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

% s( N3 G. h" a" S9 u/ dWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
