Responsibilities:
. V9 K" n& a6 V8 D. b; @1 ?-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
3 u* l" I; k7 x. c8 L, y1 H# w-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

Qualifications:
1 p/ F1 x3 @6 a  z- x4 F-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
* h6 h+ l2 w  ^& G; Q7 M-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
! @4 `/ O" {+ T! E% n4 @# o2 u-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
( R+ P) }( G9 S  R0 S-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
8 g9 S$ K- A  o-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
' S/ O' E+ t" h1 k; b3 P& E-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
* Y- a. e6 i8 D% g4 ?        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
9 A. n6 I2 e; U% i-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
-        $14.00 per hour
