Responsibilities:
/ ^; i% d! q; J) D! w-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
" q. _- j/ V4 w, [! k-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
, t: g4 S7 K1 k) |% z0 j+ o-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator
! |8 U* a9 ~, p+ o; L! j
Qualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
* ^  H6 W. o3 Z3 R) |5 w5 _-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
2 s$ p  H- |+ m& w# U1 Q+ U-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
; d( c( W, o. V- Z3 I& c-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
8 q: b; f& u1 l& H% W8 t-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
2 t5 d4 v# {6 ]* W7 Y1 `4 ?9 j-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
5 _; d( L0 b, J; S& W-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
6 q+ _9 n# t+ w6 o' E        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
