Responsibilities:
4 E1 D5 D: R( M- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the # [& \, Q4 p1 Q4 {; E# A0 v' a" W
preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps$ j1 X. f: d% I0 J& v
- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program; s+ W3 g% _! g8 f- z+ n- i2 Q. _% C
- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies- d+ o1 p- ` S s; v0 s
- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program

: Q+ B4 Y; W9 L# m- Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager# W- n( Y( p& n0 n7 s, ~& J" e

- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
+ r+ p* E2 P/ x4 \ Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education4 z! u* n6 w& A: X4 G
- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children+ Y: x# g! E% e' u$ G9 g
- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
. I D+ i. T1 R. \9 f- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities9 @ W9 C& J. r f" a6 I9 J
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
- L |! c- _2 r: x4 ~. a- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities) C7 B2 D6 d# a6 b" R3 ^6 I8 z
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision$ V5 B' e* K R& K
- Returning student (should return to school after summer)

- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning) & I8 M9 ] Z8 c: U% T8 T, a) e
and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
% P8 h3 ]# v4 Z- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009$ ^; g7 u7 j/ H1 G9 x( E
