/ ^+ y9 Y* _# D: t-        Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the
+ h, d) W+ n2 P        preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
. I% N9 T" X( x, {! b* d6 v7 _-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
8 a: C7 b& N" u5 Z$ J4 C-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program
        Coordinator
% P% X; z* o  K; @) s' m& E. v# t-        Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager

/ ~3 U# E4 K/ x5 y& ]- {; Y* g+ A5 BQualifications:
; E1 U% d0 ~- U- J-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
$ o7 d5 S* Z; e" E4 i* p5 B-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
% h; B5 Z, f1 ], X) J! T-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
8 d" m, @5 D( k. U- R-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
% L4 q1 U$ e- V. |6 O-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* J* @' z. g4 Q9 c9 P, U7 l/ \-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
8 @- ^5 T8 y8 O; ~+ B-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
2 a2 T$ x7 h- Z6 P7 A0 d" Z-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
4 n% q0 w) \+ k2 R-        $14.00 per hour
