Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
0 f6 U* }! q. `" E0 v4 ISchedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
" y  p: R0 |1 T! U- Good time management and organizational skills required;
4 H1 s, G* \4 K- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
2 O" k$ G' o' m+ k# B$ U5 P$ f- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
* e9 X: O% }9 W' H% J& r- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
