在今年J.D.Power公布的汽车质量报告中，别克和捷豹以每100辆车发生122次问题的成绩名列榜首，大众汽车以每100辆车出现260个问题的概率位居倒数第二位。

J.D.PowerandAssociates公司19日正式发布了北美2009年汽车质量调查报告，该报告以一颗重磅炸弹的姿态出现在众人面前。向来以小毛病少著称的日本车企集体失守：蝉联14届冠军的雷克萨斯首度被来自美国的别克和卖给印度的捷豹汽车超过，退居第三；马自达下滑位数最多，从去年的第21名下滑到第33名；而排名最后的同样是来自日本的车企铃木。难道是日本车质量不行了吗？文/表陈鑫欣

& e. |- F! m, q5 ~. t6 H7 c+ l$ d: r此次评选的车型均为在美生产销售车型，针对的是拥有该车3年以上的车主，共有202个问题，有4.6万名各地的车主参加。排名是根据每100辆车出现的故障数统计出的。调查结果一部分是品牌质量的整体排名，另一部分是各个级别中质量最好的3款车。

在这份调查报告中，今年别克和捷豹并列第一(每100辆车发生122次问题)，丰田旗下的雷克萨斯仅排第三位(每100辆车发生126次问题)。而在超过行业平均水平的车企当中，日本车企有6家，与去年数量保持一致，但在位次上有所变化，雷克萨斯、讴歌、本田的排名均有不同层次的下滑。在行业平均水平之下的日企，除了五十铃保持第34名不变以外，其余日企均有下滑，其中位次下滑最快的是马自达，从去年的第21名下滑到第33名；而铃木以每100辆车出现263次问题的成绩，成为该次调查中产品质量最差的汽车品牌。

) D/ z+ A1 c: C* e0 h- X跟日企相对比的是，别克和捷豹上升势头很快，分别上升了5个和8个名次，在此次调查中并列第一。由此可见，捷豹在去年成为印度塔塔旗下品牌之后，印度人还是花了很多功夫在捷豹的质量维护上。

值得提出的是，跟2008年数据(每100辆车发生206次问题)相比，2009年的行业平均水平明显要高于2008年，每100辆车发生问题仅为170次，这说明所有厂家都在质量问题上有明显进步。

$ X8 |; y3 S7 L/ u2 _3 i) H. W5 g7 U6 Q丰田对此调查的反应似乎十分迅速。据《日经新闻》报道，丰田汽车集团将大幅减少在工厂使用临时工人，以改进产品质量、提高生产率并保证企业长期的增长动力。据报道，丰田集团计划2009年3月份将日本本土8座主要工厂6300名临时工人裁减至400名以下。另外，丰田集团旗下丰田车体株式会社(ToyotaAutoBody)和丰田汽车九州公司(ToyotaMotorKyushu)将清退所有临时工人。

+ R/ S& ?; H2 t- B* A7 Q( W丰田中国代表服部悦雄就雷克萨斯痛失榜首的问题对本报记者发表了看法。他承认，这次调查数据使得丰田 “必须正视这个事实”，也需要进一步提高自身的品质。“机会对每个企业都是平等的，当我们在对车辆质量进行改进时，其他企业也在进行。这个调查说明在这一时段竞争对手的品质提升很快，而我们相对滞后了。但我们会采取更多措施，以期进一步从产品质量、售后服务等各个方面提升品牌竞争力。”

I belive Suzuki will drop to the bottom beucause GM is making XL-7 (same as chev equinox and pontiac torrent), the biggest lemon in the modern auto history. By the way, Suzuki stopped paying JD power any money for empty contract, that is another reason for the sliding rank in JD power.

Jaguar is the shit hole, never buy any one unless you decided to lease on and returen it after 24 month. Go to the dealership ask some easy questions see how the parts guy respnoses.....joke. Jaguar is the no.1, hopefully JD still can survie after GM bankrupt (did you see the news tonight about unpluged GM fate?) who is the biggest contributor for this crockroach JD...

The initial quality study shows Jaguar is 3 of 5 compared with porsche.

Lexus is 4 of 5 overall quality and only because the features is 4of 5 ,other factors are all 5 of 5.

If you dont know anything about it, dont judge it. As matter of fact, GM put most unmber of the bullet proof transmissions running in the cars even BMW were using GM trans for a while. luckly, your XL7 has SAAB 5 speed Af33-5 tranmission, it's been proven bullet proof as well, but it doesn't mean that tranny will free of problems at all.One thing for sure,it better than POS fwd honda 5speed and toyota trannies.

XL-7, I never recommended to anybody, it is is biggest lemon.

i dont have as much spare time as you unfortunently, so what i can gurantee is post my point of view, and some of the infos i can get

/ u+ k$ q7 q( z6 R$ g: z  _Yes, most of AF33-5 is made in sweden, especially the realy models. How ever, some of them are assembled in china and us.
