我的签证今年6月30号到期，但是这是我第一次续签，所以不太清楚要去哪里找application form还有我都需要准备一些什么东西，希望有经验的同学能帮帮忙。- S" R U+ S$ n9 S

they have posted the instuction on it, and you can call CIC call center if you are not sure with something.
