: s) J/ Z( d  R* H) Z( ~% _3 ]Responsibilities:
- Organize focus group(s)
/ s7 M- w+ P  j$ y3 M! y) R0 t- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
* D3 c* F3 g& ~- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
4 J' Q6 C9 e, x, |4 P: F' b- Find sponsors to enhance program
- [* v  w  O1 G1 \- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:

- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
$ Q7 Y( w1 Y# c+ D- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
+ f5 h$ j/ ^' T- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
/ i( U* \9 b: ^) L; q- leadership abilities

Salary

- $10.50/hr for 30 hours/week, June 1 to August 31, 2005
