We require an enthusiastic, details-oriented Project Assistant for the successful development and delivery of an interesting, fast-paced project. 2 Y# d) ^, y3 B+ j: r$ {. e2 ]

Duties may include, but are not limited to: performing general office administration duties (drafting documents/reports, preparing & maintaining files, inputting-updating financial records); undertaking research; converting prepared information into various formats (e.g. interactive/static); responding to a variety of inquiries; liaising with charitable sector organizations.

/ v" R' O2 D! c2 y' k) y/ M5 `4 ZYou possess: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong communication and organizational skills; demonstrated knowledge of office administration, basic bookkeeping procedures, and computer skills (MS Office and Adobe InDesign); ability to multitask; good attention to detail; professional demeanour.

PLUS: ability to work independently; sensitivity to deadlines; experience drafting documents/working in web-based environment essential; volunteer or work experience with nonprofit/voluntary organizations an asset; understanding charities' obligations a bonus. ( E: b; C! I) O- j1 e% W% f
