Position: Project Assistant / Terms: full-time, ending March 31, 2010 / Salary: $40-45,000 per year with benefits after 3 months / Closing date: 04.02.09.

We require an enthusiastic, details-oriented Project Assistant for the successful development and delivery of an interesting, fast-paced project. 3 K) Z( x2 ]6 I6 Q( Y1 u

Duties may include, but are not limited to: performing general office administration duties (drafting documents/reports, preparing & maintaining files, inputting-updating financial records); undertaking research; converting prepared information into various formats (e.g. interactive/static); responding to a variety of inquiries; liaising with charitable sector organizations.

You possess: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong communication and organizational skills; demonstrated knowledge of office administration, basic bookkeeping procedures, and computer skills (MS Office and Adobe InDesign); ability to multitask; good attention to detail; professional demeanour.
