A twelve-week training program for careers in Child Care.

• WHMIS' D. u4 L% W- d+ W1 v% J
• Practical and theoretical modules relevant to child care
W' }0 Y( W, K6 [: H2 |9 d• Components to improve communication skills
6 [, Y" n. O J& y• Modules on Work Place Culture and Work Search3 T5 Z# [8 N: B& v3 e) n- W- q0 @$ Q5 ~
• Practicum Placements

• be a landed immigrant, convention refugee or new citizen; \+ `& g9 {/ V: i
of Canada
+ Y3 W% n5 E! M3 E T, J• have a Social Insurance Number; _% V, M& F z
• provide a completed criminal record check and child welfare check u$ n( t: c4 d
• CLBA score of at least 4 or completion of LINC 4 or equivalent, L' t0 D/ ^, X+ ~/ t
• demonstrate commitment to participating in a 12 week full-time9 M* D e) ~/ m+ i! o
program

the following requirements, in addition to the one listed above:
