& |+ v% S! b. _; ^As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business requirements, conduct impact analyses, and perform design, development, support and documentation activities in a dynamic and multi-application environment. Working under a Team Lead, you will help to develop a long term plan to replace our client's legacy applications.
) w ~! {6 C0 C& rAs part of this endeavour, you will be responsible for performing the following type of activities:) h1 a' v! ]8 S9 o, `- D
Convert business requirements into design specifications and prepare specifications for user sign-off. # f) Y4 {0 @% b, C0 }& s) g
Create process and data models to visually represent requirements information.
1 l9 a/ P Q0 u. ]3 Z" PPerform system testing with internal and external clients. Provide support during various phases of testing. , Z$ A1 r" ?5 G% Q9 K8 `
Assist with the resolution of code deficiencies found during the assembly test and system test phase. + j; q9 a, f. M
Support, maintain and upgrade application after it moves into production.
+ H8 K( g, X7 T( A7 h- L; KAnalyze current technical and business objectives, plans, processes, information flows, and systems. 2 ^* |/ Z- m/ t/ G. a
Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of application problems and recommend modifications.
( \9 a, A, v8 I, f' o# t6 ZSummarize and present key findings with recommendations for improvement. & Q* X6 }! R1 [' }8 F5 m
Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables.
0 ^4 `4 g. |2 |" m# Y1 e" r Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development, experience with legacy applications would be an asset
6 V- k$ P# O: U8 v5 n+ a* [4 |2 f U• A university degree in Computer Science, Commerce (MIS), or similar discipline is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Understanding of Object Oriented design principles and the .Net Framework.0 ^6 l! H% W8 e# ~0 G
• Exceptional consultation skills are critical, with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment.
