b( N b9 J* EAs a Business Analyst, you will analyze business requirements, conduct impact analyses, and perform design, development, support and documentation activities in a dynamic and multi-application environment. Working under a Team Lead, you will help to develop a long term plan to replace our client's legacy applications. - j* O- n$ q) D) k/ a- J8 [; [$ J
As part of this endeavour, you will be responsible for performing the following type of activities:, v! v6 F) Q4 P; I. o; w, B+ [
Convert business requirements into design specifications and prepare specifications for user sign-off.
# ^- a3 m C3 y- F0 q. ~; t- D2 PCreate process and data models to visually represent requirements information.
2 u! {' i2 z: I& F6 @' NPerform system testing with internal and external clients. Provide support during various phases of testing.
: o9 ?( ]& w. Q* }* pAssist with the resolution of code deficiencies found during the assembly test and system test phase.
* Y- ^8 E5 F! e' z' a, m" ^) ~Support, maintain and upgrade application after it moves into production.
4 l" F3 h9 ^4 r1 X6 B |, R2 WAnalyze current technical and business objectives, plans, processes, information flows, and systems.
0 T. x9 g7 i( p% M" S6 S1 q# Q& cAssist in the identification, assessment and resolution of application problems and recommend modifications.
' i! }. H6 v jSummarize and present key findings with recommendations for improvement.
4 y% Q9 M- c$ q+ G3 a) Q/ OResponsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables. - g9 z5 l/ t& q5 `3 L
Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development, experience with legacy applications would be an asset
9 w8 x+ V4 K2 M+ d5 K$ Y# ^• A university degree in Computer Science, Commerce (MIS), or similar discipline is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.- H6 S$ Q4 M1 z" a$ \: | l
• Experience with Web Applications, VB.net, C# and/or .NET technologies an asset.

• Exceptional consultation skills are critical, with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment.
