请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

. ]# h" ^4 u  @' d前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

& q' e7 b; X, n, k5 k8 @$ d请教：

1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

我周日在2号路在LEDUC断，看到3辆警车PULL OVER了一大堆的车。。。

/ H9 A$ B/ R7 m; qonce you have over 8 demerit point ,with class 5 GDL, your licence will be suspense.
* Y' H; V; [! e$ _4 Las we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5
. u2 H0 Q" h# ^9 K' ^1 m, |" |road test after 2 years from the date you passed your class 5 GDL road test.
once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

saving a few seconds will not justify by paying all the fines ($$$),

all the violations will be on your driving record for 3 years.

请问楼上的， 分数要是被扣，那个分是保留1年还是2年？

however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
