Diesel Car Can't star up again!

Diesel car is really hard to start in cold winter.

I have a 06 disel TDI, cound not start again this morning becuase there is no plug in on parking lot.

  y3 d& W6 J- }" {$ V% d/ H4 }Last time when temp dropped to -30, it was dead also.

I just wondering do many Chinese drive a TDI in Edmonton? I personally don't like a car need a lots of attention.

& ~8 M7 l6 ]& OMy Mercedes always start no matter the temp is. Might due to I use syn mobile 1 oil?

because you still have summer diesel in your tank,  summer diesel will gel up at  -12.

5 b# ~% c' x- M3 Z* @2 h, P' |you should leave this car in shop overnight, let it warm up,  add in some diesel anti-gel addtives and fill up with winter diesel

This car was from Vancouver, maybe it is becuase of the fuel.

' L- O- {- D- m" W( b4 FWith Plug-in, easy one strike start, but without warming up, needs 5-7 times try.

0 f/ Z2 |2 j1 V5 ^! H6 M0 D) ^I do follow the manual saying to the position 3, wait until the icon gone, still needs 3-6 times try in cold weather.

This TDI shows more concerns than the hard to start in winter.
! e( ^$ _4 K# k4 F* _2 K) U
* J3 E) l! D9 p' A8 Zwhen temp drops below -20, the shocks all around squeeze!

+ B: D, P# D5 y3 j8 b6 E0 uIt is anoying and the VW says they can do nothing on this.

, l& t$ E# X( L7 u$ q+ X& MI am very disspointed with VW, last time I had a jetta city 2007 only 10,000km, the engine shakes like hell, and sent the car the VW, they say:"it is normal!" I don't think so then becuase a gas engine car should not behave like that, stering wheel is jumping (no exagerating)

again, dont put gasoline rules on diesel, they are different

冷油，比汽油车热的都要慢不少。
点车的时候，当然不容易啦。最好还是插电。

我开道奇的柴油车，冬天打火是费尽，除了柴油本身的原因，
, \. x5 _; b3 b# e4 G* l5 H0 W( Y我觉得车上的报警系统很费电，连续3天不开，估计就打不着了。

除了插电，还要把车头摆好，准备早上 借个火。
寒冬快过去了，明年再好好准备吧。
