That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw * c$ g# o/ H" I1 T7 z
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw 2 z- C! J& `8 z( G2 G& ]- @+ a) H
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act . e3 F4 j- ~8 }# a3 X& i5 g
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
