these oil producer will go bankrupt or out of the business even if

7 S8 G# ~9 y4 W* _1 g4 HRecently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few ! p0 k# e- _- j' T* x6 I
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan.
8 J7 v# N+ {" m& w. b! x& bA year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
7 A! c0 p- ~9 k+ k% f" A8 o1 s7 fleast $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face ( ]9 J1 O' i5 j2 E( P( v6 n
of so much news. These reasons are:

Arabia.

2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

4. Production of bio-fuels is beginning to reach critical mass. Bio

racing to produce bio fuels.

cattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat
6 O" e( I& d% _9 O4 w2 q0 N: hto bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is 8 f; n3 g6 m1 f: Q* X- i* ?8 |
producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and

expected to be built in the future. Much of the energy they produce

are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new

" T2 A3 H* T% ]Airlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio- . _6 ~+ n, ?" Q- a- m+ v

$ n& h: I, C, |7 D6 ^& Gavailable at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude 3 U2 K" A4 |2 `. R7 S/ {
oil.

9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2
) C. o7 S5 B, rproduced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into 0 O" T# [9 Z8 y& L( w1 J* M

10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy & y$ E6 q4 g' |6 H( Z

S; G5 r$ L; B- L* NEach of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the

changing. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability ; ]4 l) |! o9 q! t; j3 u
