are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new

8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to

available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude / } Q8 ^7 L- \3 }
oil.

7 j B, P& ?1 P9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2 6 Q- i, Q( T! F
produced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into 8 R% E l: }5 K" f

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the ' @6 P0 H' m6 P+ c$ q2 p
price of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world ! t5 O& J* P, L# q3 P
changing. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability % y" M2 w. E" Z3 c: H- O9 |$ u& l
to control oil prices.
