expect much from Crude Oil producers and future is not with the
. V( c0 B% x; F0 [" icompanies producing Jet fuels but Biofuels. Also no wonder if some of ) `' d2 `+ S2 T7 S7 o, w# w( q9 Y# c
these oil producer will go bankrupt or out of the business even if 6 E; q4 g& j5 U( x! R; p
crude prices improves. This implies also to good names such as Shell,
& D4 c" a3 P8 |EXXON, BG, BP, Cheveron ....xyz.. oils 6 ~8 Z* _* ?, y' S% Q( C6 C

% `. g& c% G+ r2 M( M7 l0 Q( eRecently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few 6 M. G; M0 B- S) E8 V
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan.
/ y$ A4 k% P( l$ U$ X: F, ^A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
) W+ Z% f- {$ p' q. hleast $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

- E3 n! o; F. A& @& i* l( g. \0 ~0 Y7 L
There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face
# Z) s) z# ~% v6 dof so much news. These reasons are:
5 w4 s( A* g1 r, y8 T9 [2 l) U# z
, i+ z2 v( C+ I; ^6 o: s* P) p9 S- r, S. X  b& \3 }  C7 B0 ?' g
1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and - E. y* q* z. \% n6 z" d
in the ocean near Brazil. Each of these oil fields has more oil than 2 |" w: L3 X- v* ]0 g' }/ E3 @) h
Arabia.
3 ]9 b5 g" b: s2 t% t% \( ^8 M# C7 O$ L# R% H/ q
0 u/ V5 W" k) a0 r& g0 @
2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
2 X* t' ^3 s2 DThis is the largest find in North America. & U  j3 M+ A  K- [" O( k. O
" X- U% n/ F" y/ h1 j3 U) _

+ i" s4 a8 j4 N! V  ]# `7 W3. New methods of injecting CO2 and surfactants into oil wells is
: N! A, o# V7 \being used to double their output. 1 N) C3 R, `7 G/ X

9 z% v% }$ `5 J/ @' o3 [) {+ Y* }' ?$ Z( }# [3 ?" b: J
4. Production of bio-fuels is beginning to reach critical mass. Bio # Y; s% B+ g( f& Q' t
fuel is being produced from many plants and algae. The production
" h/ g! U4 H# Q- ^potential per acre in some cases is astounding. Many countries are
6 t7 B- q' \" u. v+ O; N5 Xracing to produce bio fuels. $ F# G1 L+ s  Z$ T

1 Q0 n! }- w) T" P' F5 j9 X& n- E7 c( L) z  z! i8 G# Q
5. Virtually every restaurant in the US and all food processing plants # x; D3 ^% a3 z
are now selling their used oil to bio-diesel producers. Every pork,
, P. \5 C$ O. e- Ycattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat
6 @" |5 v/ R1 B+ J$ A& Qto bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is 3 u& Z1 `& K& t, D7 B) r. G
producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.
$ h$ e3 }9 N8 O+ l  V# u+ P/ V
' k$ t. y  u% B1 x, v% X3 A) z! j+ V. o; Y. V
6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and $ |5 A# t2 V' z( N8 ~0 F
construction around the world at this time. Several hundred more are
( T( r- ~# f, I! x+ c; d1 oexpected to be built in the future. Much of the energy they produce 9 j5 i  [3 Z" v
will replace oil. 2 q8 H+ v2 K4 \) u* J  J

7 V  l2 L( ^) Z# z6 ^. S% K& V, H2 z: N3 T  h
7. Every company in any form of transportaion business is replacing $ A# Q; c2 T9 \) g, S
older equipment such as trucks, airplanes, train engines, ships, etc.
+ F/ [& ]3 s% i3 d9 lwith new more fuel efficient equipment. Airlines and railway companies
4 `& K  e/ z* B$ j1 sare experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new
" Q5 D) G( S+ A0 j0 Cequipment.
% J) D0 X" S% Z2 |& [" ~5 t/ j  O% ~3 m6 r5 L- V& a
* X6 p$ o  w$ F# n
Airlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio-
8 v% G& m8 C3 d5 yfuel is cleaner and performs better than jet fuel. 4 S- n3 y" j; K/ `- L

; m  O/ P+ x1 V# H4 T* J1 W2 ~6 ^8 u& n4 [+ ^6 y; r7 c, p
8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to
/ e" |4 |; {. I( Wcapture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas 9 N  d6 z& B" o3 j& |  Y$ c( N
available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude
: P  i" f# D2 foil.
$ N1 j$ A- Y/ E" ]" N  J1 @# B$ H
+ `1 H' Y3 T1 e# v. `
9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2 $ H2 A4 Z# F6 v
produced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into % t  S% j/ _6 Z
oil wells. / F! t8 p  u  }7 P& y) L
2 F/ `6 F' x9 R7 G- r% w

3 X5 b4 g$ i4 {10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy
9 w2 |' s: r, psource. Three new wind turbines are being erected every day in the US. + G4 q0 o! E8 i% P4 G. E
+ A1 J# }# g) n

# \  z1 i! Q5 |Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the 8 ?6 t' E( l! s1 D* W
price of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world 2 J/ c1 ^$ A" R4 Q
changing. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability 0 T# L: w1 U$ F* H
to control oil prices.

With the above scenario, I still believe that there are under 6 J9 @5 z% G5 N
performed OIL companies and probably they are yet to get the justified
! m1 B& Q$ l1 Y: W6 o' r* N* }value .....
" W9 k& T6 C5 u  U2 q, C# v2 MIAE- Ithaca , EPL Energy Partners Ltd, Opti etc ... . b- o& a" }* K% B
