companies producing Jet fuels but Biofuels. Also no wonder if some of
these oil producer will go bankrupt or out of the business even if
0 |) S% w" b3 \) Q5 x& o5 O; jcrude prices improves. This implies also to good names such as Shell,
) }; o( h6 h# w5 X) [) U; UEXXON, BG, BP, Cheveron ....xyz.. oils

Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan.
/ J6 e/ z4 M  g* z# oA year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face
! w  l- O* I1 m! M3 L5 y+ w. Eof so much news. These reasons are:

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and
7 y0 V$ V% l3 T& m/ n# f; j" Ain the ocean near Brazil. Each of these oil fields has more oil than
9 x  F. L5 w# e; M! H5 CArabia.

2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
* F8 O; t3 H% H+ m  bThis is the largest find in North America.

3. New methods of injecting CO2 and surfactants into oil wells is
8 E- g6 G% c- i1 @0 Hbeing used to double their output.

( `) H% v2 y2 U3 E4. Production of bio-fuels is beginning to reach critical mass. Bio
fuel is being produced from many plants and algae. The production
potential per acre in some cases is astounding. Many countries are
( `2 F" z! d: U9 h0 r; F0 k& u8 sracing to produce bio fuels.

5. Virtually every restaurant in the US and all food processing plants
* ]- j# M3 ]1 b' Nare now selling their used oil to bio-diesel producers. Every pork,
cattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat
to bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is
: t8 y; u; w% d- Y* L" Aproducing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and
' R+ z& f9 H+ {: zconstruction around the world at this time. Several hundred more are
expected to be built in the future. Much of the energy they produce
will replace oil.

# |4 B2 u% d! V7 X8 @9 R7. Every company in any form of transportaion business is replacing
# }) c, z8 X% y. Lolder equipment such as trucks, airplanes, train engines, ships, etc.
1 J* O2 _$ F% [( u" A; y1 lwith new more fuel efficient equipment. Airlines and railway companies
are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new
) C6 R1 m7 G2 c0 I2 _equipment.

9 F! z/ U. n3 k& Y& k9 }( @Airlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio-
+ ?* Z0 M$ s/ H0 o' Vfuel is cleaner and performs better than jet fuel.


% p5 }! d% |3 i& Q$ _' r% p3 r8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to
capture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas
6 r" T( G) {$ \9 b6 Vavailable at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude
! j5 ~% F) J/ Q# h0 Roil.

8 P) p5 ?  v+ W+ e0 ]9 B9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2
5 a. b5 r4 ~3 K/ @9 Dproduced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into
oil wells.

) I+ E' L" ?6 O0 N; C
$ D0 m8 o- o) }3 U( L2 G3 `2 ~0 R' R10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy
' O+ ?" b% R6 ]. o- @source. Three new wind turbines are being erected every day in the US.

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the
price of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world
changing. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability
, E+ o' `) I1 `to control oil prices.

7 r# u3 Z1 C+ RWith the above scenario, I still believe that there are under
performed OIL companies and probably they are yet to get the justified
