these oil producer will go bankrupt or out of the business even if
crude prices improves. This implies also to good names such as Shell,
: n3 U6 k+ W2 D/ B4 C0 p1 oEXXON, BG, BP, Cheveron ....xyz.. oils

Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan.
A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

2 I7 n1 f: V9 ~; E/ Z1 eThere are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face
/ J0 f7 U) u8 @7 N9 i/ o9 I" wof so much news. These reasons are:

7 e" V0 q7 z0 ^& x' @1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and
! j& N6 q& V! ]& K9 l! zin the ocean near Brazil. Each of these oil fields has more oil than
0 ~  Z- a; j. z, C% X- M: UArabia.

2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
% g* T" i; g: R( Q4 i$ e5 W+ ]8 sThis is the largest find in North America.

4. Production of bio-fuels is beginning to reach critical mass. Bio
2 i0 h4 f2 D0 X" lfuel is being produced from many plants and algae. The production
potential per acre in some cases is astounding. Many countries are

5 d; Y5 |' h, f/ D5. Virtually every restaurant in the US and all food processing plants
are now selling their used oil to bio-diesel producers. Every pork,
cattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat
to bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is
5 F+ I9 D" y8 y) z. b) Z+ oproducing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.


6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and
5 d2 ?0 p0 O. w' d+ t, Aconstruction around the world at this time. Several hundred more are
1 w! M4 m6 t7 Pexpected to be built in the future. Much of the energy they produce
will replace oil.


7. Every company in any form of transportaion business is replacing
; B0 V3 c, I! V" Y1 M" s4 D3 q. P% Polder equipment such as trucks, airplanes, train engines, ships, etc.
7 n1 F2 N0 X  {/ ?) nwith new more fuel efficient equipment. Airlines and railway companies
' c; X, w9 a9 N8 k4 z+ w1 oare experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new
& ~, \8 d2 n+ L6 m5 ]$ ^6 Iequipment.

Airlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio-
- Z" ?2 p) s+ ^2 R1 M" Jfuel is cleaner and performs better than jet fuel.

, N3 u; T, E/ d& n! {, c, i8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to
capture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas
available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude
oil.

' x, a7 \) A; \. \1 h1 m! C8 y, K9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2
4 D9 I* O. `* Z3 B1 E# yproduced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into
3 g, H/ z# e  `/ j7 noil wells.

1 z1 s9 K' _6 Z/ P10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy
source. Three new wind turbines are being erected every day in the US.

8 d% F9 U% P( c9 U5 oEach of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the
# n: {5 K" V) h  b9 o# C: pprice of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world
" v" y& B8 |/ l* O6 @1 zchanging. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability
to control oil prices.


" l: X1 R4 n  I; GWith the above scenario, I still believe that there are under
performed OIL companies and probably they are yet to get the justified
value .....
