Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few
+ Y2 T, j; J& jmonths. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan. $ q) F0 V" f; ~6 u& D, k
A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at 6 i* }6 E0 F& t: d
least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount. Q3 C! [* z2 K

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face

* o) ]& p. K hto bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is

6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and

capture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas
( l W6 W- R/ l; W+ h5 l$ ravailable at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude , e* _# a) x( B
oil.

produced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into 2 s0 _- V! H6 g: Q: X6 B( B
oil wells.

10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy ( t/ O1 v# w5 _9 Z

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the & t+ M" ^2 Z. S7 D
price of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world
