Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few
5 H% m8 L1 E7 s" @months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan. # r, `5 b" z) @7 J$ X# l' o
A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
' H3 \. ^9 _8 A# B" ~least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

# g% P' D) H4 h- Q" B+ M9 ?. aThere are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and

Arabia.

racing to produce bio fuels.

5. Virtually every restaurant in the US and all food processing plants

to bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is . N% T( ^1 ^, x3 S+ a/ [
producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and ) h6 I) X3 v1 ^% a9 K% F
construction around the world at this time. Several hundred more are

are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new

Airlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio- 6 g; m% T: v! E0 D: V0 {

# F: z) B- f. }+ u4 i6 K8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to

available at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude
( X y# a- U2 R4 boil. ( E; m4 k$ y9 |) d3 Z0 U3 l! k
j3 L) B2 W7 j H/ B9 V& R. c
3 U4 \6 R+ {9 [) o I% E$ X9 B/ A9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2 ; \6 S" h/ |) }. M8 [6 o# `* M+ q
produced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into

/ ~# c& I0 U! X10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy

Each of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the

to control oil prices.
