A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at 3 z2 m" @3 q4 s" ~5 ^0 a8 ^
least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount. + o0 r2 T8 D4 `" k

* D4 h& q5 H" a% ]5 E% B& gThere are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face
