Below is an Interesting article I found, which says that.....Do not

companies producing Jet fuels but Biofuels. Also no wonder if some of
these oil producer will go bankrupt or out of the business even if
$ v1 }- x% @7 @; K  ycrude prices improves. This implies also to good names such as Shell,

Recently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan.
, ?) q; w. b9 ?9 O# N) mA year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at
+ t8 z& \$ I5 v/ i* v1 u* ?. L5 `, r; pleast $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

There are several reasons the price of oil is decreasing in the face
! l$ _, `: P; h; G. {of so much news. These reasons are:

1. New oil has been found in Canada, Montana, North & South Dakota and
in the ocean near Brazil. Each of these oil fields has more oil than
Arabia.


* W) O. w6 s8 b, ^* v* [2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
This is the largest find in North America.

) x& H' V) J5 G; q8 c3. New methods of injecting CO2 and surfactants into oil wells is
7 G% R& O5 @- _! O7 r# }5 `+ K. }2 Obeing used to double their output.

1 `# U) W) Y! |% M( Q6 Z( ~* Z' ]4. Production of bio-fuels is beginning to reach critical mass. Bio
fuel is being produced from many plants and algae. The production
potential per acre in some cases is astounding. Many countries are

* E: f4 J, J9 y- l) `: k5. Virtually every restaurant in the US and all food processing plants
& K$ b. c( H  i5 s& tare now selling their used oil to bio-diesel producers. Every pork,
: y$ P5 F4 ?. R4 c. s. ]cattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat
7 N. V3 N. ^+ F* P5 W: S: {to bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is
6 w5 `# R6 ]1 C; D0 m7 ]producing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

' q4 V. f8 d: l9 P# x" V3 G+ k; F6. There are 99 nuclear reactors in various stages of planning and
% m. g" D+ I' c/ i. l/ \' Bconstruction around the world at this time. Several hundred more are
expected to be built in the future. Much of the energy they produce
will replace oil.

are experiencing 20% to 25% better fuel econony with the new

' h2 B" e+ X! iAirlines are flying airplanes with bio-fuel. They are finding the bio-
, \/ g. J1 S( Q5 s5 Ffuel is cleaner and performs better than jet fuel.

8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to
: z/ l. m0 |7 w) l: Qcapture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas
4 c1 F6 D. H8 Y- a$ iavailable at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude
4 a1 {0 E% R- C/ y0 _  {2 p4 c. }: Yoil.

" g- l) b) S' V2 [9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2
" g1 t1 Q3 ?' ?. k; u, A  b# Aproduced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into
oil wells.


8 A% E% f& U& \% y10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy
source. Three new wind turbines are being erected every day in the US.

9 y8 ]" ]$ C6 t& d, vEach of the above by itself will not make a large difference in the
- p8 U- V( E( Iprice of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world
4 I# b* t' ~  n  F0 V/ g% R4 qchanging. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability
to control oil prices.

With the above scenario, I still believe that there are under
performed OIL companies and probably they are yet to get the justified
  Z- z/ P( u6 C; B8 `* Kvalue .....
