NAIT的program head写信告诉我，鉴于我的背景，认为我从semester 1读，纯属wast of time,建议withdraw semester 1的录取，转而申请semester 3。

0 A, R1 D' I" y* I: _( W但是他又同时告诉我，withdraw semester 1,意味着放弃NAIT的录取。而申请semester 3，并不能确保我被录取，要到时候看有没有seats.

% C0 U6 S8 ?$ [6 A2 c是不是该放弃semester 1的录取，去申请这个没着没落的semester 3?我又没谱了.:(

那位朋友有这方面的经验，还望多多指点。

Take the semester 1 first. Don’t give up the chance. Then after you arrive and register, apply for the semester 3.

The first choice for me is Semester 3, but I do not want to miss this program either.That is the probelm for me.

Because I am still in China now and I am not clear the process of the register. Can I appy for the semester 3 after registering semester 1?

# E- r, A" Y+ d* e$ s7 K# pThe Program Head is waiting for my response and letting him know what is my choice:withdrawing the offer and choosing semester 3 or accepting the offer of semester 1. He hope me to contact him someday next month for the news of the seats if I want to get the offer of semester 3.

好象加拿大人都这麽说话, 不过现在刚5月份,申请9月份的应该是没问题,当时我是今年1月份申请9月份DAY-TIME的课程,COURSE-LEADER 也这样给我回信,搞得我紧张半天. 如果你为了保险,最好尽快过来,直接到REGISTRY那儿去改,应为有没有SEATS,REGISTRY那知道,但COURSE LEADER不一定知道.

读SEMESTER 3！不仅省时间，而且省钱。

9 t" y; }' c9 a) f8 a& q) l7 G% hprogram head 认为你的背景够资格读semester3 ，他是对你负责，在NAIT，program head 在招生上有很大的权力，即使有些人不符合一定条件，但找program head 面谈，有时可以破格。（比如托福，英语30可以不是MUST的。）当然，按Program head 的话，你符合semester 3的 要求，就看有没有seat了。即使等上一学期，也比学semester 1快。

尽快与他谈话（电话）或email他，告诉他你希望尽快学习专业。。尽快申请，你很可能9月可以直接上semester 3.

4 U1 a5 n+ F- N1 q尽管Program Head asked Admission advisor not to  accept me in semester one and he was not prepared to accept me into semester one too.
, E; Q7 _9 z, U8 |1 m$ cHe will do his best to work me into the program semester 3 as a special student as circumstances permit.

' }( i  x, r' qBut Admission advisor 给program head去了封信，并转发给我：
you will have to let me know before then if there is a spot available for him for the 3rd semester.  Until then, I will leave his acceptance as is.

我想 Program Head is unhappy to me now.
But I really do not know how to response him.
