看来醉酒不给你讲讲这边的法律是不成了。首先，这里是加拿大。其次，夫妻婚姻状态如果一方发生外遇，那么任何一方可以告诉政府两个人感情破裂，政府会把两个人婚姻状态改为Separated. 外遇一方与其外遇同居3个月，自动变成Common Law,受加拿大法律保护，与结婚等同。所以，这里说什么小三的，我只能说你们不，这里不是中国，要了解这边的法律。所以，affair当然可以在没有离婚的情况下，3个月后变成Common Law而不是离婚后.

1)common law要同居半年以上,你的三个月从那里看来.
( W) R' e; e; @- l& ~2)按照你的说法,一个人可以同时拥有婚姻+common law. 只要他没有提出seperated,就是原婚姻状态.但是他又和别人同居变成common law?  或一个男人和2个傻女人同居,他可以有两个common laws???
