我只有7号牌,没有5号牌,没有办法开车.

first, i suggest to take driver training.
after 10 hours of basic in-car practice

" f% t/ k+ w7 u5 L+ a/ Z' F  zhave good car control skills. then whenever
4 M/ {0 A2 n; ^you get a chance, ask(or beg)your friend or family
to let you drive. but make sure whoever
* m1 A" b# @$ `5 M; f# m; Gsitting beside must have a non-gdl license.

马路如虎口

hopefully, by the time you are ready (after 1 year) for
  m0 p- e% e" k/ t0 ~0 f# R8 athe road test. you should have accumulated over 400 hours
of driving time on you belt. passing that simple road test
should be a piece of cake.

好像7号牌可以开车吧，只要你找个5号牌（非GDL）的人坐在你身边~~~~

是可以， 但是出了事故， 这位5号高级牌的兄弟保险要涨很多

没办法,只能多等上1年,慢慢熬吧,日子过得很快的

不差这一年，很快就过去。有7号牌可以到驾校学车了。
