Their food is prepared by student at in house Culunery Dept ( student learn to cook ), under the supervision of instructor, practice various recipe according to the course, the result should be the same when compare with any other restaurant.
7 J3 y$ @8 K, ]$ M+ u2 C# _/ y7 iThe reason of lower price than outside NAIT is -- they don't have to pay high advertisment, rent and wages, nor the huge amount of money invest to operate and run a restaurant, also they have steady customer of at least 1000 student everyday from Monday to friday, while most restaurant  are busy on weekend, 1/2 full on weekdays.
  |- y1 W- I" p* lThe cafeteria is under funding from NAIT, therefore even selling at 20% below market prise can easily achieve reasonable profit  margin.
