可是我看移民局的要求是，学生必须是在加拿到学位的人员，持工签的必须是在过去24个月里面有连续12个月的在加工作经历

楼主讨论的是新出的经验类移民，Canadian Experience Class, 我猜想楼上这位朋友应该不会是用的新政策

不行的，根据他的要求如果是worker必须是在过去三年内做满24个月的0,a,b类工作。只有一年是不够的

8楼应该是技术移民。

恩，我觉得也是，8楼的情况好象是适应能力加分吧？

新的经验类移民分两类，如果你在加拿大正规大学毕业，那么需要一年当地的工作经验。如果你在加拿大持工作签证工作，需要两年的当地工作经验。
大体上是这样分，当然还有很多细节
