最近一段时间，因为体育馆场地负责人黄先生回国，体育馆活动出现了令人难堪的5 e! s, U ?; X) t
局面：我收到了来自学校体育馆经理的最后通牒，要求我们活动人员立即改正，否1 S, [7 m3 @( G& d& P+ r# Y! X
则取消以后活动的权利。活动人员主要有三方面的问题：一，晚九点半仍不离开体
0 U( L5 z: i6 q, ]+ W育馆，并要求活动到十点半；二，对管理人员不尊重，说脏话；三，有些人员出了 b: {: T; Y7 y
体育馆活动区进入学校其它区域。

我们针对校方提出的问题，提出几点明确要求：晚九点十五分停止所有场内活动，
1 I$ H I$ e4 S* ]0 c5 v# t九点三十分全部人员离开体育馆，不准遗留垃圾和杂物；对管理人员完全尊重，并, j5 f9 t- Y; d0 k/ G/ R! p
协助其做好清场和清洁工作；进出体育馆时不能穿越学校其它区域，应走规定的路

the custodian to call the police and have your group members removed from( q( e2 C; z0 \( T
the premises. If I have to do this, the department will be cancelling your

2. In the short time your group has been using the gym, several group members! K& t3 W6 t3 @3 ^0 ~/ [
have been very disrespectful to our custodial staff (foul language, gestures,, G( _0 Z4 D: R* J0 U, ^ \! V
etc.). I would greatly appreciate if you spoke to your group and ensure5 e2 ?' Z# f2 f3 t9 E+ y
this does not happen again. No staff member has to put up with this kind% B* K6 C- o3 v' E+ M. z; `
of treatment from a group using premises free of charge., Z6 c- O/ X+ Z4 B' Z% a
3. It is IMPERATIVE that you emphasize to your group members that they are' Z3 z P0 t- V' x. }6 Y
NOT to be wandering around this building. They are trespassing in areas% Z `; h6 C3 w/ k' {; f* M
that are not related to the gym booking at all. Although we are making every2 \2 O4 A2 `: @7 O- D$ `
endeavour to get the passageway doors locked prior to your arrival, the: D* s- l: B7 I/ p4 q
work load of the custodial staff sometimes prevents this from happening
9 d/ `; C+ \9 v0 D6 hin the correct timeline. Please remind everyone that they are guests in
